Refund policy

Customers are required to inform Sisters Petite of any defective items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance that the product was received in good condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective or not as described. The item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card used for the original online purchase. If the payment was made via COD (Cash or Card on delivery), the refund will be provided as a store credits.
